Blue Zones: Bringing Positive change to school wellness
We all want our children to live longer, healthier, happier lives. The SMS PTA believes that we should work together as a community to develop and promote healthy lifestyle options that facilitate long-term wellness. We excited to work with our friends at the Blue Zones Project to make that happen!
By using the Power 9, the SMS PTA hopes to inspire, encourage and advocate for better lifestyle changes within our entire Stripling Middle School community.
Look for healthy events, workshops and hands-on activities as we work towards becoming a Blue Zone Project Approved School.
